[Chapter-delegates] Board composition (Was Re: Unfortunately, the Internet Impact Toolkit is unsound)

George, thank you for your note.
At ISOC Bulgaria we find these issues of great concern for the good of
the global ISOC.
Diversity, bringing young people, finding common areas of interest, etc.
are challenging for our chapter, as well.
ISOC, however, serves as an example not only to the current chapters,
but to its global members (not affiliated with chapters as well), and it
needs to put more efforts.

I am hopeful that the Governance WG you mention might take these
challenges at heart, and come with ideas and solutions. If you need
input from chapters, just ask!
