[Chapter-delegates] Unfortunately, the Internet Impact Toolkit is unsound

Hello all,
Thank you for all of your feedback.
There is one important point I would like to respond to -- regarding the diversity of the team that created the Internet Impact Assessment Toolkit. The Internet Way of Networking team is comprised of staff members from all six of our regions. The documents in the Toolkit represent the input and feedback of that team and their perspectives as well as input from our community. We received feedback (both via the PDP and in pre-PDP small-group webinars) from 34 Chapter members in 22 countries, seven Global members, four Organizational members, and six partners representing all six of our regions and a wide variety of backgrounds.
I full appreciate the need for diversity -- not only in this piece, but in all of our work. That is why we worked so hard to ensure that the final Toolkit would reflect the input of individuals from many backgrounds and perspectives.
If you have any additional questions about this aspect of the work, please feel free to reach out.
Best,
Katie

Thanks for the URL, Gonzalo.
An interesting observation - out of the four non-US Trustees, 3 are elected by the chapters (the fourth one is actually you;).
This is a sign that the chapters are not only vital part of ISOC, but also a part, which pays attention to diversity - not only in geography, but also in culture, views, ideas, etc.
Perhaps people, who are critical of the chapters, could look at the numbers and think again if their criticism is not misguided:-)
