[Chapter-delegates] Application to start an Internet Society Chapter in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Request for Review and Comments

yes. excellent to see this. I'm a bit out of the loop in BH today but I was a
director of a charity around 2000 that conducted music therapy for
children affected by the conflict there. We supported a number of connectivity
efforts and managed streaming of a concert in Mostar with Pavarotti,
Brian Eno and others. I noted some really excellent network engineers
and an implicit understanding of the importance of an Open Internet for
everyone from that community (and artists).
Wishing them every success and I'm sure the rest of us can learn alot
from them.
