We are happy to have one more ISOC chapter from the region. The
application looks good and the members have good background. This country
participated in the early building of the academic network in ex
Jugoslavia as a part of COSINE project, unfortunatelly all activities were
stopped due to the war. Now it is a time they to join the society and
become an active chapter.
