[Chapter-delegates] Contributing to the ISOC's Governance Reform Working Group

Dear Gonzalo,

Thank you for this.

A couple of questions for clarification. You provide a link to an "initial
charter", and the document at that link states that it is a "draft charter"
that "will be reviewed by the ChAC, the OMAC, and the IETF prior to its
consideration by the Board as a potential ongoing work plan for the WG".

Is there a timing for the review by the ChAC?

I presume that the group should not start its work until after the review
and the final approval by the Board. Is that correct?
