As a practical matter, if I understand you correctly, you are proposing that, after a Trustee is selected, we hire the necessary number of attorneys with expertise on the matter of the interaction of the laws of some jurisdiction(s) and the laws of the United States, and at that point make a determination of whether a member of the executive of a given Chapter has a conflict of interest that would make it too difficult for that person to retain both the position in the Chapter executive and the position as a Trustee. Do I have that right?
