I don't see why that is a consideration, since if someone were a Trusee that person would also be on this list. So there is no information flow that would be missing, assuming Trustees keep up with the mailing lists.

It is apparent to me that I have not managed to make this clear, so I'm going to give up. Note that if you _disagree_ with the Board's analysis, I am the wrong person to try to convince about that. This is a Board governance matter and it lives with them. I was merely attempting to explain what the business and legal reasons are that contribute to the evaluation that in this case there is a conflict that cannot be remedied simply by recusal. (I should note, also, once again, that none of that has anything to do with the apparently unclear part of the policy that caused the current uncertainty.)

I am not sure what you're asking for. There are no current Trustees who are currently officers of their respective Chapters, though, in case that's what you wanted to know.
