[Chapter-delegates] Message from Internet Society Audit Committee Chair

at the time you were on the ISOC board and chair of ISOC Bulgaria, it might
be that there were no pecuniary considerations provided by ISOC to the
Chapters. In that case, perhaps no conflict?
