[Chapter-delegates] Good examples of Internet Society Chapter bylaws

Veni,

Following your message in a different thread on some of the fine points of
Internet Society's legal status as a Trustee,  I am revisiting this thread.
Considering these fine points concerning the status of ISOC as a Trust,  in
Chennai the past "officers" will propose to the Chapter Board certain
amendments to the Chapter Bylaws, being edited in a document shared with
the present Chapter Board.  I have posted a request on this list for inputs
from Chapters, but the work on the document is being done slowly.  With
this brought to a presentable shape, the immediate past team would request
our President to take this up in the Chapter Board and also forward it to
ISOC for comments. The document is at page:
