We will contacting you to discern and understand what specific actions
you foresee that are needed in order to *"...**enable the Internet Society
and the Internet Society Foundation to fulfill its responsibilities to
Chapters*". After this we will be in a better positions to formulate an
Advice to the Board if applicable in this regard.
