[Chapter-delegates] deadline for admin funding

I think the same. For example, chapter and SIGs may have urgent
administrative issues...

I say this, even when our SIG can´t ask for this fund because we don´t
hace legal entity or our own bank account... that´s also hard to achieve
with no funds...

Pienso lo mismo. Los chapters y SIGs pueden tener asuntos
administrativos urgentes, por ejemplo...

Y digo esto incluso cuando nuetro SIG no puede pedir estos fondos porque
no tenemos entidad jurídica ni cuenta bancaria propia... lo que también
es dificil lograr sin financiamiento...
