[Chapter-delegates] Please check your draft performance evaluation reports by 28 June! (Chapter/SIG performance evaluations)

Dear Colleagues,

This is to let you know that the draft 2020 mid-year performance evaluation reports are now available in the Chapter Portal.

This is how you can find it:

- Log into MemberNova<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your Chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the “June 2020" round & click on "View"
- this will bring you to the draft evaluation report

Please have a look if there's anything missing that would need to be updated. If so, please reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager.

The deadline for any additional updates is 28 June 2020.

After this date, the reports will be finalised. However, as mentioned in my earlier message, the results of this mid-year round of evaluations will not have an impact on your Chapter's official status given the difficult times we’re all going through. We will only use these results to better target our support of each Chapter/SIG to ensure that a maximum of Chapters/SIGs are in good standing by the end of 2020.

Please also note that we decided not to take into consideration criteria 3 (Maintain an updated list of Chapter members via the Chapter Portal by ensuring that there are no pending membership applications older than 30 days) for this round of evaluations. This is to allow our vendor to fix a reported bug linked to members requesting to join a Chapter within a very short time frame, but also to address the fact that some Chapters have membership requirements that currently force them handle part of the Chapter join process outside of the Chapter Portal.
