Hello again,

There was an issue with the link to the mid-year evaluations guide in my earlier message. Here is the correct link: https://isoc.box.com/s/ti8s2v6fvqpzstr8mzxoghsi6wlm2w99

Sorry about that!

Christine

Dear Colleagues,

I hope this finds you well and that you and your families are safe and in good health!

With this message, I’d like to give you a quick heads-up on the 2020 mid-year Chapter performance evaluations:

Given the current global pandemic and the additional difficulties this represents for the Chapters, the mid-year round of evaluations will not have an impact on your Chapter's official status.

However, Part 1 of the evaluations will still take place. The goal is to give both Chapter Leaders and ISOC staff a better understanding of what points need increased focus and support per Chapter for the remainder of the year. We’d like to ensure that a maximum of Chapters are in good standing by the end of 2020.

This round will not include “Part 2” of the evaluations and will thus not have any impact on the Chapter badges either, these will remain valid until the end of 2020.

Please find the guide for the mid-year evaluations here: https://isoc.box.com/s/ti8s2v6fvqpzstr8mzxoghsi6wlm2w99

Please update your Chapter's record via the Chapter Portal<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login> accordingly by 14 June. A draft evaluation report per Chapter will then be produced on 15 June.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your regional Community Engagement Managers or via chapter-support at isoc.org<mailto:chapter-support at isoc.org> for more general questions.

Best & have a good weekend!

Christine
