[Chapter-delegates] Digital identity

Hi Nicolas.

I am very interested to know how your presentation to the Parliament went.

I am from Namibia, southern Africa.

We have not officially kicked off with Digital Identity yet, but i believe
it is brewing in the background..

Please share your experience.
