[Chapter-delegates] Update from ISOC India Kolkata Chapter EC Meeting

Dear All,

Thanks, everyone for the warm wishes for the entire team of ISOC Kolkata.
It has been a learning experience for all of us. As we look back a decade
has passed.

Anupam has built a great foundation from scratch for the chapter, and it's
really admirable.

I am extremely delighted and thankful to the community for showing trust in
me to drive the initiatives.
