[Chapter-delegates] 2020 ISOC Japan Chapter officers

Dear all,

The Internet Society Japan Chapter (ISOC-JP) held the Annual General
Meeting on December 12, 2019 in Tokyo. There, we have conducted election of
officers.
The positions of this year's ISOC-JP officers have been determined by
mutual vote at the first officers' meeting as follows:

* Chair: Takahiro NEMOTO
* Vice Chair: Mariko KOBAYASHI
* Program Chair: Kumi MITANI
* Secretary: Ryo KAJIWARA
* Treasurer: Atsushi ENDO
