[Chapter-delegates] Sad news - Peter Kirstein -the founder of the European Internet die

Peter was a wonderful person. In 2000s he put a lot of efforts to develop
Internet in Central Asia at whole, and in Kazakhstan, in particular.
He was very supportive and friendly. He organized first IPv6 training in
Kazakhstan in 2011 as a part of 6Deploy project.
We all will miss him.
