Dear Gonzalo,



It's pretty obvious that all public information will indeed be public and
therefore we will have access to it. What someone may find disturbing is
that instead of getting first-hand information as stakeholders would have
expected, we will probably get most of the key information from public
sources thanks to a Department of Justice investigation...
