This to inform that the attached advice was sent to the ISOC Board today 28
December 2020.

My sincere thanks to all the ChAC Delegates who participated in this
process and to the ChAC-SC 2020 team for their support.

This concludes my two-year chairmanship in such a distinguished group.

May you have a peaceful, joyful and safe holiday season and a wonderful New

Distinguished Members of the Board:



The Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee (ChAC-SC) is submitting the
following advice for your consideration:


   1.

   Advice 2020.12.23-01 :: Chapter Advisory Council Charter Amendments

The Full Chapter Advisory Council (Full ChAC) approved the amendments by a
vote of 83/114 ChAC delegates which was more than the 2/3 (i.e. 74/111)
needed for approval. The vote was held during a Special single purpose
meeting held 22 December 2020. See recording HERE

The next step in the process is for the Board to consider giving its final
approval.
