Dear all,

Apologies, a typo sneaked in below: it’s the “December 2020” round of evaluations that you’re looking for, not the “January 2020” one. Thanks to those who spotted it!

Dear Colleagues,

This is to let you know that the draft versions of the end of the year performance evaluation reports are now available via the Chapter Portal.

This is how you can find it:

- Log in here: Chapter Portal<https://admin.internetsociety.org/622619/User/Login>
- Choose your Chapter under "My Chapters and Special Interest Groups (SIG)"

Once you’re on your Chapter Dashboard, do the following:
- click on "My Chapter Profile"
- then click on the "Evaluations" tab there
- under "Chapter/SIG Evaluations History", look for the “December 2020" round & click on "View"
- this will bring you to the draft evaluation report

Please have a look if there's anything missing that would need to be updated.
If so, please update the data via the Chapter Portal or reach out to your Regional Community Engagement Manager if you need help. The evaluation record will then be updated accordingly based on the information available via the Chapter Portal on 10 December.

The deadline for any additional updates is therefore 10 December 2020.

After this date, the reports will be finalised and the Chapters' status will officially be updated according to the results (as either "in good standing" or "in pre-rejuvenation").

The badges attributed under Part 2 of this round of the evaluations will be valid for one year. Note: for now, only Chapters marked as “in good standing” according to the draft evaluation results are able to see their draft badge level via the Chapter Portal.

If your Chapter is marked as "in pre-rejuvenation" following this round of evaluations, your Regional Community Engagement Manager will work with you to address the points that were hindering the Chapter from being marked as in good standing in order to bring the Chapter up to speed again within a three months timeframe.

Please find here the step by step user guide that explains how the data on each of the criteria are collected and added to to the Chapter Portal: https://isoc.box.com/s/qtunhxbrxkyrp2nh0on6b8i2mhl7f8wj<https://isoc.box.com/s/7ws9hz5ytd1wajwb4zjq21622t4h67uz>

For any general questions, you can reach us at chapter-support at isoc.org<mailto:chapter-support at internetsociety.org>

Best regards,

Christine
