[Chapter-delegates] Regarding the inSIG 2020 event: kick-start of the application fellowship process

Greetings from the Indian School on Internet Governance (inSIG) 2020
Organising Committee.

The Indian School on Internet Governance is an annual event organized by
four Indian Internet Society Chapters - Delhi, Trivandrum, Kolkata and
Mumbai. The objective of this school is to train various stakeholders in
India and abroad on Internet Governance and related issues.

Due to the global pandemic, the fifth edition of the event is being
hosted by ISOC India Mumbai chapter as a Virtual Event from 7th October
2020 to 10th October 2020.We invite individuals from across the globe to
apply for this fellowship. You are requested to spread the word in your
communities.

To attend the event, you will have to register and apply for the inSIG
2020 fellowship at https://fellowship.apnic.net/index.php#contact by
12th September 2020.
