[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Lebanon Chapter

This is an unprecedented disaster in a country already besieged with many
problems. I stand with the rest of the ISOC community in solidarity with
the Lebanese people, particularly the local ISOC Community.

I hope the rest of the world will support Lebanon and help the country tide
over this situation.
