[Chapter-delegates] [For Review] ISOC WTSA-20 Background Paper

Dear Chapter Leaders,

I hope you and your families are keeping well.

The ITU World Telecommunication Standardization Assembly (WTSA) is scheduled to take place in Hyderabad, India on 17-27  November. A draft background paper has been prepared to provide our community and any interested parties with an outline of the objectives and key Internet related topics that will be addressed at WTSA-20. We invite you to review the draft background paper and provide comments and, or, feedback by Tuesday, May 12. Please note this paper is intended to be informational and not an ISOC position paper.
