[Chapter-delegates] Save The Date : Internet Governance Forum France in october in Paris

Dear All,

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that the Internet Governance
Forum France will take place the 27th of october in Paris. We will also
host some hub in Marseille, Lyon, Lille and Toulouse with our partner
WebForce3 <http://www.wf3.fr>.

We will also have some online meetings before the Forum :
- an online workshop about Encryption next week (the 28th of april
<https://www.weezevent.com/atelier-chiffrement>) ;
- an online workshop to prepare the forum the 1st of july.
