[Chapter-delegates] chapter & chapter leadership meetings

Dear colleagues,

One of our chapters invited me to talk to their executive committee (I
won't say who because I don't know whether they intend it to be known)
in relation to the proposed transaction with Ethos Capital.  It
occurred to me that there might be other chapters who would also like
to speak to me or have me speak to their leadership teams; this was
the first one to ask me.

I'm happy to do this.  Doing it during much of next week will be
somewhat challenging because the Internet Society staff are getting
together for an all staff meeting regarding the new staff structure
laid out in the 2020 Action Plan.  So I'm pretty tightly constrained
there, but I'll be as flexible as I can be in responding to any
invitations.  I'm keen to answer questions you have.
