This is not a legal question. I’m sure that lawyers are experts enough to get the deal legal in all aspects. 

This is an ethical, economic and transparency issue.. And this is the way we have to deal with. 

BTW without forgetting the “what is in it for me” Question regarding isoc’s chapters and Internet non for profit community!
