[Chapter-delegates] Messages from IGF France

I have the pleasure to share you the messages from the IGF France :

These messages have been elaborated during the last IGF France in Paris in
july, and the report was coordinated by the think tank Renaissance
Numérique, the French National Digital Council and the Internet Society
France.

Lucien Castex, Sebastien Bachollet and I, from the Internet Society France,
and other IGF France partners (Arcep, Afnic, Renaissance Numerique, CNNum)
will be present in Berlin (IGF France booth into the IGF Village) for the
global IGF to exchange with you about these proposals.
