[Chapter-delegates] Questions for the Board of Trustees

Dear Andrew,

|Apologies if I have missed this. But is the Action plan available in 
draft form? Or is the intention to draw up draft plans at the board 
meeting and put it out to consultation to chapters (and others) to 
provide structured feedback following organizing local comments?
