[Chapter-delegates] What's going on? As presented, the sale of PIR should be rejected by the Board

Hello Andrew,
Perhaps, the concern for not for profits organisations who use the .ORG
more often is the fact that PIR status as a not for profit making
organizations might change to profit making.
The implication might see to the increase in the purchase price of dot ORG
domains.
