[Chapter-delegates] Today International Women's Day: Increasing diversity on the Internet

Hi all

Great initiative.

However, wouldn't be interesting to do a real audit about women in
leadership in ISOC Chapters?

I know a big country chapter decades old only filled with men from 1
organization.

Maybe this happens in other places too.
