[Chapter-delegates] Launch of the 2019 Chapter Admin Funding programme on 6 March & End of Feb MemberNova update

Dear Colleagues,

This is a quick heads-up that the Chapter Admin funding programme<https://www.internetsociety.org/grants/chapter-admin-funding/> will open on 6 March 2019.

We initially announced 1 March as the launch date, but needed some extra days to have the application form fully tested.

Please note that you will see the application form already in your Chapter Portal, but we will only start accepting application as of next Wednesday.

I would also like to use this occasion to provide the promised end of February MemberNova update:

As you know, we completed the 2nd Chapter Officer training on 22 February. The recording of that training is available at the following link: https://isoc.box.com/s/ljomfwc08ngo8uvc2g513smbjw606xy9.

We have closed 89% of the inquiries sent to AMS-Help. We have also launched the Beyond the Net Small Grants and a few other application forms.  As the system continues to stabilize we are turning our attention to defining the Phase 2 requirements and will provide additional updates as merited during this phase.
