Have you or your chapter organized or participated in an event during May or June that addressed any issue of digital accessibility for persons with disabilities? Are you currently running or participating in a digital accessibility related project? Or, do you or your chapter plan to organize such an event in the future? To recall, the ISOC Accessibility SIG <https://accessibilitysig.org/>  is intended to serve persons with disabilities to ensure the Internet and digital domain is for everyone <https://www.internetsociety.org/blog/2019/05/introducing-the-internet-society-accessibility-special-interest-group/> . The SIG was chartered by ISOC in April 2019 and it organized a webinar <https://www.internetsociety.org/blog/2019/05/reducing-barriers-recap-of-the-webinar-on-digital-accessibility/>  on Global Accessibility Awareness Day on 16th May.

 

This exercise is intended to prepare a list of digital accessibility related events being organized or participated by ISOC and its chapters to have a resource of digital accessibility related materials and works at a single place for the future use. We are sure it would also be beneficial in many other ways.
