[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on board: Recognition of ISOC Spain Canary Islands Chapter

Thank you all for your wishes! For me and my colleagues on the Board it is
an honor to start the ISOC Spain Canary Islands Chapter. We trust at 100%
that the Internet Society will be a key factor of improvement in the social
and economic conditions of our region. In the Canary Islands we have a
powerful infrastructure for the Internet' development:
- 7 international fiber optic submarine cabling systems
- D-ALiX datacenter (TIER III+ & TIER IV in electrical), the first neutral
submarine cable station in the world.
- Teide HPC (High Performance Computing), the second most powerful
supercomputer in Spain
