[Chapter-delegates] Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee Update

Dear Colleagues, 

This is to let you know that the new Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee held its first call yesterday and agreed on the following roles for 2019:

Chair: 		Eduardo Diaz 
Vice Chair:	Olivier Crépin-LeBlond 
Secretary: 	Satish Babu & Lillian Nalwoga (there will be two secretaries sharing the workload in 2019)
