[Chapter-delegates] Recording of last week's Chapter Officer MemberNova training

Hi Sindy —

We took a look at this today.  Here is what happened:

1.  In the former system, you had allowed your membership (though not your officership) to lapse in 2018 and it was not Renewed.  Therefore you came into the new system as an Expired member.  In the old system, it was possible for this situation to exist, but in the new one, every officer must also be a current member.

2.  To rectify this, I created myself as a temporary officer of your chapter and Reactivated your membership - any Chapter AMS Admin can do this from the Extend Members tab when searching for Expired or Terminated members:



3.  We’ll add this procedure to the Officers Guide as it is not shown there currently.

Once you’re into the chapter, please configure a chapter email address as there is not one there currently.
