[Chapter-delegates] Problems with new membership system

ISOC Sri Lanka too noticed these issues.
Slowness of the Site loading still causes a issue.

Our membership was considered from the AMS and now it has drop down and has
noticed some terminations which are not made by us. We  do not terminate
any members.


Email issue is still prevailing some mails are not received by members
