[Chapter-delegates] Problems with new membership system

Hello Olivier,

You are right about the issues with the new system, first was that I could
not login with my details as password reset wasn't working either, it took
some back and forth with support to get that resolved.

The second issue which has remain unresolved is that I am unable to access
the SIG admin page to approve membership requests, this has lingered on and
it still an open ticket with ISOC support.

Overall aside the new skin, I am yet to feel significant improvement that
the new portal brings in terms of content and functionality.
