The General Assembly concluded the election for two open positions for the Board of Directors, for three-year terms, and three open positions for the Supervisory Board, for two-year terms. The voting process was conducted electronically and open to voting members from January 28th to February 4th.

Following officers were elected:
- Vice-President: Demi Getschko (re-elected)
- Director at-large: Thiago Marinello Paulino Cesar 
- Members of the Supervisory Board: Nathalia Sautchuk Patricio, Alexsandro Cardoso Carvalho, Ricardo Theil (re-elected)

The Board of Directors is now composed of the following officers:
