[Chapter-delegates] 2019 ISOC Japan Chapter officers

Dear all,

The Internet Society Japan Chapter (ISOC-JP) held the Annual General Meeting 
on December 14, 2018 in Tokyo.  At the AGM, we conducted officers election.  
The positions of the ISOC-JP 2019 officers have been determined by 
mutual vote at first officers meeting as follows:

* Chair: Tomohiro FUJISAKI
* Vice Chair: Kaname NISHIZUKA
* Program Chair: Kumi MITANI
* Secretary: Takahiro NEMOTO
* Treasurer: Atsushi ENDO
