FYI the board candidates. When I looked them up on Linkedin, I saw
interesting information so thought to pass it on. I believe I wrote this in
a neutral manner.
Whatever you believe in, I urge you to support board members likely to take
strong action to make ISOC what we want it to be..

Susannah is the only one I've had experience with. She is actively working
to reinvigorate ISOC.
Mike Godwin's role at EFF and after in Internet advocacy is well known to
all those in U.S. policy.
I don't know Cavelli. Indirectly, I've learned she knows how to work in
government and international groups.

I didn't know Soong or Bedi, but they have both been involved with  ISPs
and the net for over 20 years. Here are their Linkedins . I bolded their
ISP experience foing back to early days.
