[Chapter-delegates] Pakistan Lost an Internet Leader

So sorry to hear this sad - and shocking - news ;-(

Please, accept my, and ISOC Bulgaria's, sincere condolences.

My thoughts are with his children and wife. I hope that he has extended
family, who will be helpful to his them in this moment, and in the
coming months and years.
