[Chapter-delegates] Updated list of 2020 ChAC SC members

Dear Colleagues,

This is a follow-up message to let you know that there’s been a slight change to the list of 2020 Chapters AC Steering Committee members:

Lianna Galstyan decided after careful consideration to withdraw her candidature due to the many other commitments she already has on her plate.

So, while we’d like to thank Lianna for being willing to consider serving in the first place, we’re happy to announce that the new member replacing her on the 2020 ChAC Steering Committee will be Anabel Cisneros from the Internet Society Argentina Chapter.

Regional representatives:

- LAC: Eduardo Diaz (Puerto Rico Chapter)
- Europe: Olivier Crepin-Leblond (UK England Chapter)
- North America: Pierre-Jean Darres (Canada Québec Chapter)
- APAC: Satish Babu (India Trivandrum Chapter)
- Africa: Wadzanai Ndlovu (Zimbabwe Chapter)
- Middle East: Nabil Bukhalid (Lebanon Chapter)

And the three non-geographical representatives:

- Elaine Ford (Peru Chapter)
- German M. Fajardo Muriel (Colombia Chapter)
- Anabel Cisneros (Argentina Chapter)

Congratulations again to the new team!

The challenge period is still open until tomorrow, 5 December. If there is no challenge to the results, these will be official on 6 December.
