If you’re not the Chapter president, then you received this message in your capacity as an individual member of the Internet Society and will not affect your Chapter’s profile. 

The Chapter presidents have received two messages: one for themselves as individual members, the answer to which will update their individual member record and one for their Chapter, the answer to which will update the Chapter record.
