[Chapter-delegates] Sad News: Jo-Anne Scott

Dear all,

    this is a very sad news - Jo-Anne was the one, who (with George
Sadowsky) gave us the vision and enegy to follow Internet thread for next
20+ years. She was like an Internet-angel to many of us, tender and
responsive, helped many of us through initial steps of Internet career and
our first trials to replicate "Internet Workshops for Developing Countries"
for Central and Eastern European countries.

Dear Jo-Anne - Rest in peace - you have honorary place in our memories.
