[Chapter-delegates] Welcome on Board: Recognition of Accessibility SIG

Hello Everyone, 

On behalf of the Internet Society Accessibility SIG leadership and founding
members, I would like to thank everyone for very warm welcome and emphatic
felicitations. This has been possible with lots of efforts and dedication by
many people, particularly, my colleagues: Gunela, Judith, Joly, Greg and all
the founding members of Accessibility SIG, as well as, ISOC staff specially
Kyle and his colleagues. 

The accessibility SIG, with a people centric approach, is aimed at providing
the interested participants a platform to discuss the internet related
accessibility issues faced by the people with disabilities and try to find
the solutions to those issues. The SIG also represents a journey for all of
us who are members and who are dedicated to creating equal access to the
Internet for everyone regardless of disability.

Moving forward in this significant journey, we also need your support. So,
if you have worked on the topic, are interested to work on accessibility for
people with disabilities in digital domain, or are just interested in
knowing about accessibility related issues, please join the SIG. To join,
Login to your ISOC membership page, select join a Chapter or SIG and select
Accessibility SIG. Moreover, if your chapter has ever done some work on
digital accessibility for people with disabilities, please do share the
