Dear Walid, dear ISOC colleagues,

many thanks for all the nice messages you sent me!!! It is a great honor
and a great responsibility for me having received your support in this
election.

I want to give special thanks:

- To Susannah and Chester, who standed with me in this election and made
remarkable contributions answering all the questions. Board must take all
those relevant comment as a valuable input for further work.
Many thanks also for being so friendly and respectful through all the
process.

- To all the chapters who voted for me. As I said, it is a great honor and
a great responsibility for me having received your support in this
election. I hope to contribute as much as possible to make our chapter´s
community stronger and larger.

- To Walid and the Board´s election committee colleagues who, jointly with
ISOC staff ,did a great job in this election.

- To Glenn and the Board´s nomcom committee for selecting us as candidates
for this election.

- To ISOC Staff, specially the regional bureaus, who have worked with
chapters to develop an active and effective communication channel.

This has been one of the elections with the highest participation. Well
done dear chapters, an active participation is relevant for keeping our
ISOC representation strong.

Lets keep working together and strengthen our chapters, and the
relationships among them. Lets make our voice heard in the Internet
community and work together towards a safe, secure and useful use of the
Internet for the benefit of all.

Best regards and thanks again to you all.

Muchas gracias a todos nuevamente y les envío un abrazo y mis cordiales
saludos.

Olga
