[Chapter-delegates] 2019 ISOC Board of Trustees Election Certification

On behalf of the Netherlands Internet Society Chapter, congratulations to
all the elected board members. And our special wishes for our very own
Mieke van Heesewijk, Mieke, being a chapter we could not vote for you, but
we would have if we could have!
