[Chapter-delegates] An urgent request: Confirm that your voting delegate has voted!

Dear Chapter delegates.

As you know, today *(April 7) at 15 UTC* is the deadline to vote in the
2019 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections. That is in less than 5 hours from
the time of sending this email.

I am not sure you will read this after the deadline passes, but in case you
do, please make sure that your chapter's voting delegate has voted in this
important democratic process.

The majority of chapters should have already done so but it does not harm
to double check. The ballot should have been sent a month ago. If it hasn't
been received, *let me know ASAP* to resend it. We'll try to arrange things
fast despite the short window.

I am hoping for a high turnout this year with your help!
