[Chapter-delegates] Secretary General Hand Over

Dear all,

Following the resignation of the General Secretary, Willy MANGA with effect
starting 26 march 2019.

As elected Deputy General Secretary for ISOC Cameroon CHapter, board
2016-2019.

As per our laws, Willy has handover all Chapter stuff he kept and  while
waiting for the next election I should be in charge of General Secretary .

I have thus the received the following :

-        Access Code to manage Communicationn list for Chapter Officer

-        Access Code to manage Communication list for Chapter Board Members

-        Access Code to Website Management

-        Document hold but the previous General Secretary.
