[Chapter-delegates] A message from our new President & CEO: Andrew Sullivan

Thanks Ms Saegesser and greetings from Somalia to you all,

Congratulation, warm welcome and best of luck to Andrew Sullivan.

These are interesting times and I hope together we (your team, the chapter
leaders and isoc community in general) can overcome the challenges ahead.
Looking forward for your  thoughts and ideas as we work towards open,
trusted internet for all.
